โปรแกรม Recuva กับ การกู้ไฟล์ข้อมูลที่ถูกลบอย่างง่ายๆ

โปรแกรม Recuva หรือออกเสียงง่ายๆว่า recover  เป็นฟรีแวร์วินโดว์ที่มีประโยชน์ในการกู้เอกสารที่ถูกลบไปจากคอมพิวเตอร์ของคุณอย่างไม่ได้ตั้งใจ รวมถึงไฟล์ข้อมูลที่ถูกลบจากการทำความสะอาดถังขยะคอมของคุณ (Recycle bin)  ไฟล์ภาพและไฟล์อื่นๆ อีกทั้ง รวมถึงไฟล์ที่ถูกลบจากเมมโมรี่การ์ดและไฟล์เสียง  mp.3  โดยที่โปรแกรม Recuva นี้ ยังสามารถนำไฟล์ที่ถูกลบอันเกิดจาก bugs , crashes และ viruses กลับคืนมาได้อีกด้วยเช่นกัน

สำหรับไฟล์ที่ถูกลบไปแล้ว ไฟล์ยิ่งเก่ามากแค่ไหน ก็ยิ่งนำกลับมายากแค่นั้น  ดังนั้นถ้าต้องการทำการกู้ไฟล์ให้กลับมา ก็ควรจะรีบทำการกู้มันเท่าที่จะทำได้ ยิ่งช้า โอกาสที่จะกู้กลับมาได้ยิ่งน้อย

หลังจากที่ผมลองใช้เจ้าโปรแกรม Recuva ผมรู้สึกประทับใจกับมันมาก มันค้นหาไฟล์ที่สามารถทำการกู้ได้อย่างรวดเร็วมาก และ แค่คุณคลิกไปที่ไฟล์ที่คุณต้องการให้โปรแกรม Recuva ทำการกู้เกลับมา  มันก็จะทำการกู้กลับมาไว้ที่ฮาร์ดไดร์ฟของคุณเพียงไม่กี่วินาที

ขั้นตอนการทำงานของโปรแกรม Recuva

1. หลังจากที่เปิดโปรแกรม Recuva ขึ้นมา ให้คุณเลือกไดร์ฟที่ไฟล์ข้อมูลของคุณถูกลบไป แล้วคลิกที่ “scan”

2. โปรแกรม Recuva จะทำการค้นหาไฟล์ที่สามารถทำการกู้กลับมาได้  จากไดร์ฟเฉพาะที่คุณเลือกไว้

3. หลังจากนั้น โปรแกรม Recuva จะแสดงชื่อไฟล์ที่พบ จากรูปคุณจะเห็นว่า ไฟล์บางไฟล์ไม่สามรถระบุชื่อได้ แต่ในหลายๆไฟล์นั้น จะมีชื่อดั้งเดิมปรากฏอยู่ และที่ผมชอบมากเลยก็คือ โปรแกรม Recuva นี้ จะมีระบบโค๊ดสี ที่เอาไว้ดูสถานะของไฟล์แต่ละไฟล์ว่ามีเปอร์เซ็นต์ที่จะทำการกู้กลับมาได้มากน้อยแค่ไหน

สีแดง หมายถึง ไม่สามารถทำการกู้ได้อย่างแน่นอน
สีเหลือง หมายถึง ไฟล์อยู่ในสถานะที่แย่มาก แต่ก็ยังมีโอกาสกู้กลับมาได้
สีเขียว หมายถึง สามารถถูกกู้กลับมาได้อย่างไม่มีปัญหาแน่นอน

4. ถ้ามันมีไฟล์ปรากฏขึ้นมาจากการค้นหามากจนเกินไป คุณสามารถระบุไฟล์ที่ต้องการค้นหาโดยเฉพาะได้ด้วยการ ระบุชื่อไฟล์เฉพาะลงไปในช่อง “filter the files” เพียงแค่ระบุชนิดของไฟล์ หรือ ชื่อไฟล์” ในช่องนั้นก็จะสามารถค้นหาไฟล์ได้เฉพาะมากยิ่งขึ้น  เช่น ผมพิมพ์ลงไปว่า “googleupdate” ผมก็จะสามารถเห็นไฟล์เฉพาะเพียง3 ไฟล์นี้เท่านั้น

5. ถ้าผมต้องการที่จะกู้ไฟล์ 3 ไฟล์นี้กลับมา ผมก็แค่ทำเครื่องหมายถูกในช่องสี่เหลี่ยมหน้าชื่อไฟล์ที่ผมต้องการจะกู้ แล้วจากนั้นก็กด “recover”  เจ้าโปรแกรม Recuva ก็จะถามผมว่าจะให้เอาไฟล์ไปเก็บไว้ส่วนไหนของคอมพิวเตอร์ของคุณ  ผมก็แค่กำหนดไป หลังจากระบุตำแหน่งที่อยู่ของไฟล์เสร็จแล้ว  โปรแกรม Recuva ก็จะเริ่มทำการกู้กลับมา และมันก็ทำงานได้ไวมากจนคุณคาดไม่ถึงจริงๆ

ทั้งหมดทั้งมวลก็มีแค่นี้แหละครับสำหรับเจ้าโปรแกรม Recuva  แต่ผมขอบอกไว้ก่อนว่า ก่อนที่คุณจะปิดโปรแกรม Recuva นี้ คุณควรจะเอาเครื่องหมายถูกออกจากหน้าชื่อไฟล์ที่คุณเพิ่งทำการกู้ไป มิเช่นนั้น โปรแกรมจะทำการกู้ไฟล์ดังกล่าวซ้ำแล้วซ้ำอีกในการกู้เอกสารอื่นๆในครั้งต่อไป
